Hey and good morning/afternoon.... I hope you all had wonderful night and feel rested. What on earth are you mirroring to the Universe....Is it what you want!! Is it what you dream about!!... Is it everything you can imagine good in your lives!! Keep your journals going...keep your wants...and keep your gratitude's. ©Daily Teachings...Day 54 The entire world and every single detail in your day are all showing you the frequency within you. The evidence of your frequency is speaking to you in every moment through the people that you experience, the circumstances, and the events. Life is mirroring back to you what you are holding inside you. Wow...this is so true! We have to always as much as possible, and it will get more and more.. be aware of our thoughts and feelings, so we can change them if necessary. For in the concept of all of this, we are learning and awakening. And as it makes sense to us more and more each day.... it is important to keep the recognition alive and focused. But always too, remember to have fun... be joyful...express your good..your love..your words of love and encouragement...and who you really are. Sometimes we shun to be on the outside, what is screaming on the inside to get out...especially the good stuff... the stuff where we want to say good things..then may think naw.. Let yourself be expressed in ways that can surprise even you. Say the things you want to hear...the things we hear in movies.. that touch us so...the things we read in books...that move us to happy heart felt tears...and always give a Faith a chance to move you to a wonderful place...take chance on YOU. You are such an incredible person...shine..be all you want to be. it is all possible....and think of the mirroring..that will be coming back to you. Hey and good morning/after to everyone I hope you wonderfully refreshed and feeling great. Our we understanding that what we are and what we think.. we are bringing to us. Sometimes that is hard to grasp...but it's true. ©Day 53...Daily Teachings If you want to attract appreciation for what you do, then move through your life appreciating and complimenting others. If you find fault with another, then you just brought others finding fault with you. If you judge another, then you just brought judgement to you. And if you appreciate others, you will bring appreciation to you. You have to make the quality dominant in you first, before you can attract it in your outside world. I love this....it is the beginning of such a recognition for people. Think upon these words today...in everything you do think and say. Have a beautiful happy safe day much love Stephanie

Hey and good morning/afternoon dear ones..

I hope you're all feeling wonderful and have slept well.

We always at some point need to recognize our thoughts, with great

sincerity and not with denial. What are you putting out there, to the world

and to yourself. I have heard from 3 of you, since all this, that even though

you are a positive person, you didn't realize the negative thoughts you carried daily.

©Daily Teachings...Day 52

If you are visualizing all of the time and nothing is happening, it means

that you are overriding your intention in some other powerful day that

you are not aware of. What you are thinking? What words are you

speaking? What actions are you taking? If you're not sure, ask the

law of attraction to show you where you are overriding your

intention, and it will be shown to you clearly.

I have spoken often of recognition, realization. It is the only way you

make changes in your life. If it is not something you are seeing or hearing,

then there is simply nothing to change..within you mind, your existence.

So as it says...ask...ask in meditation...ask in prayer..and be aware of the answers you get...sometimes they are subtle, but remember you are awakening to who is within you, and that is a powerful thing for you.

"Overriding your intention"

Intention is the base of everything..

Prayer..work..love..faith...it is what give us the power of things we can't see,

in every aspect of our lives. When we pray, our intention is to ask God ..

the Universe for something, for some kind of change...When I do Reiki, my

intention is for healing, releasing to occur...

when you do anything..you have an intention..

So be aware of your intention...your thoughts.

This is so wonderful to acknowledge...so wonderful.

Hey and good morning/afternoon to you all

another gorgeous day here ...I want to be out in it lol

I feel we are in a part of this journey that talks a great deal about giving

and not only giving to others and the world..but to yourselves as well.

There is a joy in giving that when learned and felt, is like nothing else in the world.

©Day 51...Daily Teachings

There is no doubt that when using the law of attraction for the good of everyone,

you are connecting yourself to a great power. however, the law is also

available to you individually so that you may live your life to the fullest.

When you live your life to the fullest you have

so much more to give others.

Your pain and misery does not help the world.

But your joy and your life lived fully uplifts the world.

Why is giving to others so important...

take a few moments and imagine your life here completely alone.....

no one... nothing just you!

Life is about giving...it is about sharing, which is giving..it is about being

and living to the fullest. That will fulfill you, more than you can imagine.

We all know how good it feels to have a really good day, what is it about

that day that was so good. was it being alone, was it being with someone you love, was is gardening...(giving to the earth) was it reaching out..so many things...happen that make you feel good, what makes a really good day. Recognize these feelings and what caused them.....why...

so you can tap into them and do them again...which in turn will cause

you to live fully and give back to the earth..the people and to yourself.

Remember the ripple effect in the water...

YOU are the stone...YOU are creating the ripples.

Good morning/afternoon dear ones... I hope you all slept well, are very refreshed. The art of giving! ©Day 50...Daily Teachings Take a moment to think about all that nature gives to you every single day so that you can live. And yet nature never asks for anything in return. That is true giving. I feel there is a flow in giving....in that when you give...you get. I have an aunt who gives away just about everything she gets, at some point...and not when it is old and icky, but when it is still fresh and hardly used. She calls it a flow...out with the old ...in with the new. And so many wonderful things come to her. Beautiful clothes, accessories-for herself and her home...trips ..so much. She says it also allows things to not build up for her, stagnate if you will. I feel there is another something in life that gives without ever asking for anything in return...and this is a pet. Those of us who have pets, understand the art of giving they have. But I do love the thought of nature and how it gives.... the air the water the earth for everything we eat..our brick...the metal even the junk comes from the earth....and it just keeps on giving no matter what we do...take moment to think about that.
