What a beautiful day here in mid NC it is and will be
As you think about what you want in your life...your wants...be sure to be aware of your thoughts in any given day..
as often as you can, try not to fall into the old habit of just thinking..and thinking negative thoughts..of fear
of judging.. of your complaints in life...and what kinds of thoughts..(your thoughts) you are giving your
energy and your frequency to.

If you are complaining about things in your life, you are on the complaining frequency, and you are not in a position to attract what you want.
Get on the frequency of good with your thoughts and words. Firstly you will feel good, and secondly you will be on the frequency of receiving more good.
Ok my friends..this is very very clear....you must be continuously aware of your thoughts..so you
can be aware of your frequency....this means...you do have control of your frequency, but you
must control your thoughts, no matter what happens..who is in your life..or your face...
or what is said...you have the ability to do this...it is not hard....it is simple..if you allow it to be.
The next time you are in a negative situation...at some point, the beginning...the middle or the last
part of it...become quite aware of what you are thinking and feeling...
is it fear..is it anger..is it hurt..is it jealousy..is it digust..whatever you are feeling
recognize it and then use your thought shifters to change it NOW...right now..
and use about 10 of them if you must..but once you recognize the negative aspect of our thoughts
and an ultimately your frequency...shift it..you know how...
now and forever...but especially now...you must take control and advantage of all you have learned.
and I also want you to be aware of your feelings...when they are good...when you feel
exhilarated or elated at something in your life...and write these good positive feelings down too
what happened to create them..what was said or done...or what great event..happened..
by recognizing all of these, it will help you to get back to them...as they will attract more good and positive to you.
I know I have used the word must a lot here...but we are in the mist of great change..for us..
and sometimes we must forge on...to get there...in fact we always have to...we can stop and step back,
but only for a short time, for life flows always..it never goes back...only in our minds.
I would like to get some feedback from you all...if you wish.
it can come to me privately or through the group, but at 1/3 through this year of our great journey together I would
like to know how it is working for you...how you're learning to change your thoughts..is this working for you..
and it doesn't matter at this point if it is or not..what matters is if it will...

and how you use them...tell us some examples of how this may have all changed your life...
