As we listen and perhaps respond to each other..as we watch and help each other grow spiritually, through and within our human experience, each day...to achieve our wants in this lifetime. As the Universe unfolds, we can allow all of our good to come to us. By becoming aware of our wants and what we are grateful for, each day...we can learn to put out to the Universe, exactly what we want. Recognition is so vital as is our awakening to what we already know. And in bringing it all out through our daily journals, is so important to becoming the Master of our lives. No matter your faith, or your belief's, what matters is how you practice it each day, for you are of such great importance to your world and to the whole Universe. Love is the greatest power of all our feelings, and to be able to love one's self, to be able to change a negative thought to a positive one, in an instant, will give you the greatest achievements of this lifetime. We offer each day here, things for you to consider, along with all the wonderful direction and words in the book...this gives you a chance to interact and feel ..really feel your own destiny, through our positive thoughts, as they are mirrored back to us from the Universe...that is the law of attraction..that is ...The Secret.
I suggest that you get the book The Secret and read it, then read it again, as it will take on new meaning each time....

Day 131...sharing Daily Teachings and ©Stef's thoughts May 29, 2009

Hey Everyone..

I hope you're all feeling really good today
it is a beautiful day here, after 5 days of rain

There is something to this fear mode or feeling we feel so often..
and at this point in our journey here, we are talking a lot about.


©Daily Teaching...Day 131

There is a difference between feeling gratitude and appreciation for something,
and feeling attachment to something. Appreciation and gratitude are states of
pure love, while attachment contains fear -- fear of losing or not having what you
are attached to. When it comes to something you want in your life, appreciation
and gratitude attract, and attachment pushes away. If you are feeling afraid that
you will not get what you want, or losing what you have, then you have attachment.

To remove the attachment, keep shifting yourself into a state of appreciation
and gratitude, until you can feel that the fear has gone.


The importance of recognizing your fears are so ... important in this journey.
This one feeling, can lead you to the absence of all you want...
but when you can truly recognize you are feeling fear, then you have the
option and tools to change it...and that ...that will change your day and your life.
Reread today teaching..as it explains these differences.
Keep your gratitude's and your wants going each and every day.
Are you feeling the feeling of deep true gratitude, often...if you are not,
I suggest to you that each day, when in private...do Teaching Day 57...until
you can bring on that feeling when you want to....remember this feeling
these feelings are replacing the icky ones, this is about you and your journey
in this lifetime and how happy you can be and how you can obtain all you want...
what you truly really want...by writing what you want down...for sometimes
we think we want things...we really don't...so this is a good thing to do each day.
as well...happy journaling and happy gratitude recognizing...tears are ok.

Hey and G'day lol

I hope you're all feeling wonderful today

Fear is a powerful feeling..one we should be aware of..and probably the
hardest one to recognize...when we are feeling it, and it is driving us.


©Daily Teaching...Day 129

When you are afraid of something happening, by the law you attract it, although fortunately it takes real focus and persistent fear to bring it to you. The amount of emotion you invest in not wanting something to happen is powerful. At the same time it is also impossible to bring what you want when you hold so much fear about the outcome
you don't want.

Remove your personal investment of fear from what you don't want to happen, and now
use that powerful energy and direct it to what you want.

No matter what you have been thinking or feeling, our power to create something new is
NOW.


I want you all to reread today's teaching 2 more times...then 2 more...then 2 more..
it will then be 7 times.... and reading something or hearing something 7 times...can make it
click and help it .....make sense.
The power of this teaching is right within the very words. As I said Fear is the most
unrecognized feeling we have, and yet it is one of the most powerful too.
(the most powerful is LOVE)..but Fear is a strong controlling part of us..and as we learn
to recognize it when we're in it...we can stop..for a moment and think about what we
are in fear of or for....usually it is not worthy of the value we give it, in a particular
instance, and when we think about it and recognize it as fear, we can change it.

Are we stressing today because of fear, are we in fear because of what someone might think,
or how someone may look at us..judge us..treat us..are we in fear of losing something...
a love..a friend.. a control we have on something...or someone. When we are in that state,
and can finally recognize it...as we become aware of this POWERFUL feeling, we can learn
to shift it to help us be in a more positive state, for we will be more and more able to control it.
and can shift that fear feeling to a love feeling or a happy feeling. Now stay with me here,
as we recognize, we can break down to real feeling of our fear..the cause..is it real..or is it
just in our minds, enough to feel it in our bodies..our expressions...
Break down what you are in fear of...when you can do that...write it down what your feeling
see it in print...then it becomes more real..and if possible to break it down and realize
we could be mistaken about having this particular or that particular fear...and be aware of
not letting fear..be in control of the first words out of our mouth or be in control of
our first actions....in a particular incident or situation.
Pay attention to your feelings..and how they drive you.
