Close your eyes when you can today...and breathe deep and feel how wonderful you are.
until you are smiling at yourself...

Nothing whatsoever is difficult for the Universe to create through you. You can create
anything you want, and all you have to do is live in harmony with the law of attraction.
You proved the mold of what you want, and then the Universe fills that mold.
Your is easy -- create the mold with your mind.
It really is that easy....
Sometimes we can..make things too hard, and this my friends is not that hard...the hardest part
is believing....and is what we're working on...everyday...and getting better at!
Use all you have learned...use all you feel...use your thought shifters...write them down
often...and keep them with you...dwell on what you want...what makes you happy.
AND
each day..take at least 5-10 mins for yourself quietly..behind your eyes..in your mind...taking those
breaths and feel happiness..feel good thoughts...feel what you want...and send it to the Universe.
set you cell phone alarms to do this if you need to. but do this each day...and as you can, lead it
up to 30 mins a day...this is your time...to help you with your life.
also
recognize when you're not feeling or thinking positive thoughts..so you can instantly change them...
and instantly change the reflection and mirroring coming back at you.
Use every bit of what you have learned so far...to help you with this...and don't allow yourself to stay
in that place...it is not who you are...their negative action..is not who you are..but your reaction is.
And when someone throws a dagger at you...an emotional dagger...or mental dagger
work on letting them go right through you or around you...you simply do NOT need to let them stay
within you..and one of the best ways to do this..is to go back to Teaching 118 ..and read that again
and again....when you have LOVE for even your enemies...that is all they can do to you..
The Christ spirit was one of the greatest teachers of this...turn a cheek...and feel love.
This is possible...I am working on it too..and finding it is possible...now this is not standing
continuously in front of the train...but when it hits you...it is then, that your reaction will create
YOUR outcome of what they have sent you...you control your reaction and your outcome.
then it will not be their choice of reaction or their outcome...it will be yours.
I say this...for life does happen to all of us...and we must live in a peaceful loving way as much as we
can, but when negativity hits us head on..all of this will give us an option on how to handle it..and let it go.
We have a spiritual connection to all of this..but we also have to deal with real life and how we react to it.
Then you can instantly..CREATE YOUR MOLD..for the moment...for the day...to the Universe
can send that right back to you....directly!
