Hey and good morning/afternoon to you all..
I hope you're feeling refreshed and wonderful today..
it is finally spring...yea
I have to ask you....are you writing 100 things a day...a day
you are grateful for!?!
You know you can write them on a scratch paper..in your calendar..
of course your journal...even your hand...but are you writing 100 grateful
things each and every day!!
©Day 64...Daily Teachings
We can never bring anything to us unless we are grateful for what we have.
In fact, if somebody was completely and utterly grateful for everything,
they would never have to ask for anything, because it would be given
to them before they even asked.
That is the power of Gratitude.
I hope you all are understanding this...including myself. We must look beyond
these words...and find within us this power of Gratitude. It is not
something..we can't feel. It is very real and very valid....and understanding
the ways we feel when we are feeling complete and utter gratitude...
will help us to pull in this feeling for everything.
It is something you will feel in your heart..it is something you will feel with your
eyes closed...that will bring you tears...when you really feel it...good tears..
the ones that make you feel so glad to be alive....and they are available
on a daily basis...to each of us.
Remember on day 57...when we were asked to keep writing our gratitude's,
the things we are grateful for...even simple...seemingly mundane things..
write these down until you have tears flowing out of your eyes...for with
those tears...are such powerful recognition's of what you are grateful for.
and the feeling you will be feeling..is one of sheer deep gratitude.
You must do this daily..it is an exercise for the spirit..for the heart..
for you to understand...all of this...and it is so ok.
After a while you may not have the tears...but you will have the feeling
within you...a feeling you couldn't buy for a million dollars..right
there for you to call upon..anytime you want.
Have a beautiful wonderful safe happy day.
with grateful tears.
much love
Stephanie
