Hey and good morning/afternoon to you all
beautiful cool morning ...but lots of sun..yea..
Being able to control our thoughts....is a possibility that is available to each and
everyone of us...it is in the learning and the practicing....working out your mind..is
as important if not more..that working out your body...

To understand how you might be thinking thoughts without realizing
it, stop right now, close your eyes, and do not think of a single
thought for ten seconds.
If thoughts came even though you decided to stop them, you know
thoughts are happening in your life without your knowledge of the them.
If your mind will not obey you and stop tor ten seconds, can you imagine
the amount of thoughts being produced in one day?
You can change this and master your mind. All it takes is practicing the
process of not thinking a thought for ten seconds. In short amounts of time
you will be able to stop all thoughts for ten seconds, fifteen seconds, thirty
seconds and so on, until you are the one who decides whether you will think
a thought or not. The peace that comes when you are the master of you
mind is indescribable, and along with that you will also be the master of the
law of attraction. Imagine that!
Imagine that...hum...master of your own thoughts...how powerful is that..
even the richest most powerful people in the world..if they don't have this..
what are they missing..perhaps they do...
I know I am yearning for that indescribable feeling..of doing just this.
I can imagine the practice that must come with this...As we have learned to control
the level of our thoughts by learning to change a negative one to a positive..
baby steps here my friends...as you build this into you and you soul for this lifetime.
I suggest to you this week to practice this over and over each day...it will become
more efficient and more easy each time you do it...we'll talk about it next week to see how it is coming along for you.
Keep your journals...write in them everyday...some of your wants...
Keep you gratitude's..each day...so many people are surprised at the thought of writing 100 things a day they are grateful for...and most of 100 things can be used in the first 2 hours of your day..but many are wanting to do this for themselves...and that is a good thing for their recognition..
