I hope you're all feeling refreshed and wonderful today
it is still yet another beautiful day here..
Keep up with your journals..and gratitude's again ....keeping fresh new
wants..or rewriting the big ones...and even repeating gratitude's...
every day is a new day for that..ok..today is the day we have!
It is the energy and thought ..and most of all intention, into this.

You are never alone in anything you do, unless you think you are alone,
which is a scary thought for anyone. When you know that you have the
power of the Universe responding to your every thought, waiting and ready
to help you accomplish anything, then your fear will disappear.
You have the greatest ally that has access to all energy everywhere.
Nothing can stand in its way -- and all you have to do for you
Universal partner is believe.
"All you have to do is believe"
Oh I know how hard this is somethings...believe me I know...but I also know
the benefits of believing ..even in our darkest hours..or seemingly darkest hours.
Faith is a most powerful tool, to get us through...and most of all to help us believe
in all we are reading each day and how we are reacting to all of this.
We must always give Faith a chance...give Belief the power to work..just beyond
our wanting to give up....when life hits us hard...when we sit and wonder "why me"
but the power lies within our ability to keep our faith in the most scariest of times..
the most heart wrenching of times...as well as the most simple of times...the
wonderful of times...if we can grasp the power of that faith..when things are going
great..when life is perfect....be sure to remember that too..it is your power
that will get you through the hard times..and it is YOUR power.
something so incredible, that only you have.
Breathe in the next time life is going so good..it brings tears to your eyes..
and feel that...let is flow through you...LEARN it..learn how it feels..
close your eyes, to see and feel where it originates from...so to be able to
call upon it in those tough tough times..or even in the not so tough times..
but not fun times...I will say this again..this is YOUR POWER...no one else's.
With practice you will be able to call upon this, when you need to.
and it is as strong as the the Universe.
