When people first start using The Secret, they may get a little scared of
thinking negative thoughts. Because of that fear, when they think a good
thought, immediately the opposite thought may come into their mind.
This is not unusual. However, I want you to know that this phase passes very,
very quickly. And the easiest way for it to pass is to pay no attention
whatsoever to the negative thoughts. Just ignore them an then think a
good thought When a negative thought comes, just shrug it off s if you
don't care about it one bit, and think a good thought to replace it.
This thought process of ignoring negative thoughts, is truly simple, if you work it.
You simply do replace it with a positive thought..about your child or grandchild...
your spouse or love..your animals..a favorite place...something to change that
fear thought..and the more you do this, the easier it will become.
I do love the way Rhonda, talks about things we may be thinking about...she has
already been there..done that, what a great teacher she is of positive thoughts.
