Today's Teaching is so important for the delivery of our wants.
You must learn ways to relax...find your way to this.

Resistance blocks what you want from coming to you. You create
resistance in yourself by feeling anxious or worried about what you
want. That tension causes the resistance and blocks delivery.
If you feel tense when you think of what you want, it is time to
relax, relax, relax. Let your body relax your mind by allowing your
body to be floppy and as fluid as water. Every time you feel yourself
starting to tense up, relax your body until you feel floppy again.
Remember to use the breathing technique I talked about also,
that can relax you instantly also.
All of this works together for sure...remember as much as you can.
not worry about what you don't have, but to picture yourself with all your want..
put the energy there.
Keep up with your journals and you daily gratitude's..
now if any of you feel gratitude in everything..you can stop ...
but if you don't ..keep writing them..
