I hope you all feel really good.
Today's Teaching is so important, as it effects us all
in our life and in what we hear from others.

You can limit yourself by the story you have created about you.
Here are some simple examples of how the story we have
created about ourselves can limit us:
I am no good at math. I have never been able to dance. I am not a good
writer. I am very stubborn. I don't sleep well. I am very moody.
I struggle with my weight. My English is not good. I am always late.
I am not a very good driver. I can't see without my glasses. It is hard
for me to make friends. Money seems to slip through my fingers.
The moment you become aware of what you are saying, you can
delete these things and rewrite your story.
Can we all relate to this..can we relate to other's around us with this..
If your answer is YES..them you have just moved into recognition...
which is the first step to change, and being able to change.
Pay attention to what you say..to what you think..
I have a homework I want you all to do...pick a day this week..
and you will have to have a notebook with you at all times, a small one will do
and it may have to be on a day you are not working..
but for the whole day I want you write down everything you say,
and everything you think...now part of your thinking will be, oh I have to write this down
so maybe just abbreviate that thought..but I want you to become deeply aware
of what you think and what you say..for just one day. Try to do, just after you say it
or think..yes this will be something that will take your day..but it will be fun too.
You can write next to your sentence..T for thought S for spoken
when you have done this..let me know. and a couple of days
going over what you wrote..now you can't leave anything out.
whether it be fear or anger or fun or joy or anything...
this will be your most important lesson to date..
with all you have learned...are you still thinking and saying negative things
and be sure to not leave anything out...you must as I said do it as you say it or think..
or you may forget it.
When you have done this, I want you to let the group know, and if you feel to
let us all know how you came out...what you learned about you...
and there are no rules and not grades..this is for you ...about you.
