a beautiful summer morning, doesn't seem quite as humid today...nice.
Keep up with your journals and gratitude's, at least a little everyday.
even if you add one or two things, add them...it will help your day.

To practice the art of visualization, begin by thinking back on your day.
Choose a wonderful scene or moment from you day, an replay that scene
in your mind. Picture the place, the people, the background sounds, the
colors, the words that were spoken, and every detail of that scene as you
replay it in your mind.
This is a very powerful way of improving your visualization skills, and at the
same time you are attracting more wonderful scenes into your life.
This is something you can do everyday, at any moment. It can help you get through
a very recent bad experience and change your thoughts immediately....even if you
have to go into a bathroom or a closet to get away from where you are..for a bit.
And most importantly, if you practice this daily it will become a part of you and a part
of your recovery system for negative situations, as well as just a thing you can do
to relax you and allow the good stuff of a day to be worth something....for remembering
the good stuff, gives it power and good stuff for you. We seem to choose too often,
to remember the bad stuff, even enough to talk about it over and over...why!
There is venting, there is explaining something to a friend who cares
and then there is completely reliving something over and over..again..why
choose to do that, at some point stop...and allow the good things to fill your mind.
and for some this won't be easy, as there are some, who get incredible energy and a
sense of power within them, reliving negative experiences...they thoroughly enjoy
hearing the negative things on the news and talking about it over and over...d
o we have to know everything negative about a day?
Do we have to relive a bad accident or keep hearing the knowledge
of a horrific thing in the world....even in our own town?
When we do see or hear such things...send a prayer or a positive healing thought
to the people and to the situation. A prayer is so full of great positive energy.
and it can help you, to start healing from hearing or seeing that..also.
I ask you this, for the next week, pay attention to what you remember when you
are laying down to go to sleep, when you have paused for a break, when you are doing
the dishes, vacuuming or other chores......are you thinking of the icky stuff in your world,
and our world, or are you giving your precious thought energy to the wonderful
moments of a day, of a special part of any given day...pay attention to your thoughts,
so you can at least recognize them enough to change them, if you need to.
