Life is a process...it flows no matter what..
what does matter to us... is how we react...then feel.

The process of creation is the same for all things, whether you want to
bring something to you or remove something negative from your life.
If you have a habit you wish to break, or anything negative you wish
to remove from your life, you must focus on what you want.
That means you visualize and imagine yourself in that negative-free
state right now. Imagine yourself in as many scenes as you possibly can
where the negative situation is completely absent. Imagine yourself
happy and free. Eliminate any pictures from your mind of you with the
negative situation. Just imagine yourself in the state you want to be in,
and feel that you are that, right now.
This my friends, is simply what we have been talking about for over 165+ days.
It is that simple, don't even dare to make it harder for yourself.
PICTURE IN YOUR MIND WHAT YOU WANT,
not the absence of what you want....not the things and life situations you don't want.
This takes practice...but you can do this. I have truly started doing this so much
more this past year...especially as fear starts to rise up in me..from any given
situation, event, or being around certain persons....perhaps not a fear but
a negative feeling, that someone else seems to trigger in you...
I use the words recognition and realization soo much...they are your power..
they are your allowing energy to see what you are doing thinking saying expressing
you must picture a mirror in front of yourself in all you do..and a small personal
headphone like singers use now..in your ear..so you can hear all you say.
and as much as you can recognize and realize what you are thinking..there is no
mirror or headphone for that....but there is your awareness..the very one
you have been toning tweaking and working on for months..
Pay attention to you and all you do think and say... in life's situations...
and then change your thoughts immediately if you need to..you know how.
Make yourself in control of you...not others ..not life's stuff
but you...so many don't do this, they are controlled by their feelings
instead of controlling their feelings.
This is what we are learning..and in doing this..we can mirror back to us
all we want......all we want!
