As the Universe unfolds, we can allow all of our good to come to us. By becoming aware of our wants and what we are grateful for, each day...we can learn to put out to the Universe, exactly what we want. Recognition is so vital as is our awakening to what we already know. And in bringing it all out through our daily journals, is so important to becoming the Master of our lives. No matter your faith, or your belief's, what matters is how you practice it each day, for you are of such great importance to your world and to the whole Universe. Love is the greatest power of all our feelings, and to be able to love one's self, to be able to change a negative thought to a positive one, in an instant, will give you the greatest achievements of this lifetime. We offer each day here, things for you to consider, along with all the wonderful direction and words in the book...this gives you a chance to interact and feel ..really feel your own destiny, through our positive thoughts, as they are mirrored back to us from the Universe...that is the law of attraction..that is ...The Secret.

Day 166...sharing Daily Teachings and ©Stef's thoughts July 3, 2009


Hey and good morning/afternoon dear ones..

what another gorgeous summer day it is..

The power of Energy..

©Daily Teachings...Day 166

We now know conclusively through science that energy can never
be created or destroyed -- it can only change form. We are made of
energy, therefore we also cannot be created or destroyed --
we just change form.

Many human beings have such a fear of death, but we are eternal life
that simply changes its outside form.


So very true.... but my thoughts on this..is yes we only change form
but each thing we do...with ourselves or others is a one time shot.
nothing ever will be exactly done or said or felt as it was that one time...
not to say it can't be better.... but for me, knowing this, helps me appreciate and be
grateful for so much...because whether you're talking energy or whatever
that experience will soon be a memory..including each lifetime...and the form
we take...the path we choose or allow..all of it is energy, but only a one time shot.
to me..is why life is so precious..the good parts...the wonderful parts..of living.
